Room was fantastic, had full kitchen and everything you could possibly need, including ice in the freezer for your drinks. Very comfortable and host is wonderful. Pool a little small but ok for size of place. Very close to the beach which is beautiful.

From booking to leaving, Emeri was the most perfect host. Couldn’t have been more helpful with the area for restaurants and amenities. We arrived later than hoped from the Keys. Offered refreshments on arrival. The studio was spacious and clean. Had a great nights sleep due to super comfy bed. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer and used the pool. Location was perfect for strolling into town and was a stones throw from Deerfield beach.

Convenient to the beach- comfort and convenience of our room. Owners/operators wonderful! I feel they go out of their way to accommodate staff! From lending beach towels/ chairs/umbrellas , and letting us leave our luggage ( we arrived early) til check in, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

The Ashley property was very nice, Classic Florida, re colors and decorations-exactly what we expected and wanted. Staff was very nice. Room was very comfortable with wonderful kitchen. Pleasant sitting chairs. Nice pool, small. Would easily stay there again. Short walk to beaches and a number of restaurants. Beach was beautiful.

One block from the beach Host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Toys and accessories are available at the pool and even cold water in the fridge. Kitchen and beds are great options.

Everything was so nice, and the host was always helpful when needed. Nice place, really calm. And also there were two lovely cats.

The owners were very helpful and nice. We could use the washer machine and tumble drier. We could also use very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was heated and nice. The room seemed newly renovated and clean. You can get water and beer by the pool.

The location was lovely, just a block from the beach in a very crowded but mellow Deerfield Beach. The mattress was very comfortable. The host was very nice and welcoming and friendly. The pool was clean and nice temperature.
